Our love for candles and the environment inspired us to make these wonderful soy candles. Because of this passion for burning candles, came a desire to find a purer, healthier candle that did not leave soot and a film that paraffin candles leave on everything.
After some research we found soy candles and immediately fell in love with how long it lasted and how clean it burned. While there are toxins in the environment that we have no control over, we can choose the type of candles we burn. I didn't want to have toxins in our home that petroleum candles give off. This kindled the love for candle making to make our own line of soy candles.

Ordering: Orders may be placed on-line, via phone or fax. We accept Pay Pal For your protection, if paying by pay pal, the name and billing address you provide must match what's on file for that credit card. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address, please note this when ordering. Orders paid by check require 14 days to clear before we can ship your order.

Stock Availability: We strive to maintain all products in stock, however, on occasion we will run out of an item and cannot guarantee its availability. If you place an order for any items that are out of stock, we will promptly notify you via e-mail with options for selecting alternate items or canceling those items from your order.
Order Processing & Transit times: While we make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, orders can take 3-7 business days to process and ship out. Please consider this when placing your order and be sure to allow extra time in case of unexpected delays. UPS Ground transit times are between 1 to 6 business days. Please refer to the UPS Time-In-Transit map for an estimate of the number of days shipments to your area will take. Please note that large or special orders may take additional processing time.
Shipping Rates & Info: All orders are shipped via UPS. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Box or APO addresses and at this time we are unable to ship to these locations.
Foreign Orders: Due to the additional labor required for export orders, we currently ship only within the United States and Canada.
Sales Tax: A 7% sales tax is applied to all orders with a New Jersey billing or shipping address.
We DO NOT, under any circumstances, rent, sell, lend, or publish any customer names, credit information or any personal data for any reason.
Regarding e-mail: we do not send unsolicited or "Spam" e-mail. We use e-mail addresses collected for a number of e-mail alerts and newsletters which are used to communicate new information, special offers and new products to our customers. Everyone is given the opportunity to unsubscribe at any time.
Returns & Exchanges: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item you've purchased, contact our customer service team at sales@SueysScents.com to arrange for refund. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please refer to Our Guarantee for complete details. All returns must be made using an RMA number. Returns made without an RMA number or past the 15 day point will not be credited. Refused packages from UPS delivery (UPS will issue charge to Shipper), will be made part of the deductions when we issue the credit. Credits are made to your account (Credit Card) for the items returned in re-saleable conditions, less the shipping.
Instances that may incur extra charges without further notice:
Refusal of order: Refusing order from carrier will result in any charges involved for refusing the order, and a 15% restocking fee will be assessed upon item's return to our warehouse, less shipping costs.
Cancellation of order must be received before item ships in order to avoid shipping costs.
Incorrect Address given: UPS charges a fee to correct an address or return an item to us due to an address they cannot validate. Any fees associated with incorrect information provided by the customer, will be charged to the customer.
Unauthorized Returns: Returns received without an RMA# (unauthorized) may incur a 20% restocking fee on items that are saleable. Any damaged product received cannot be refunded.
Damaged Merchandise: We take extra precautions to ensure that your orders are carefully packed and leave our warehouse in good condition. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that your order will arrive in the same good condition. When you receive your order, please examine the merchandise immediately for any damage. If you do have any item(s) that are damaged, please contact us right away so that we can file a claim with UPS. It is very important that you also save the box and all packaging material that the damaged item(s) were shipped in for inspection by UPS. Failure to do this could result in UPS denying the claim. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order about any damaged item(s) in your shipment. Sorry, but we cannot honor damage claims that are made after this time. Print Catalog: Due to our constantly changing inventory, we currently do not have a print catalog available.
